I had rango factor but I don know how got it, I know that sagat is LK HK #5 but I don't Understan wat is the "#5".

Read the forum rules on giving helper codes. After you do that then enter the game again then click on the help button. Theres links in that section to point you in the right direction to gaining helper codes.
