Goto X-Force 2010
Click 'Characters' at the top of the site
Click Onslaughts image in the new page that opens
Then click the 'Tutorial' link at the top of Onslaughts moves page.

i was also wondering how to make and post avatars and banners i was wonderin if u new anythin that u cud tell me some stuff

and for avatar prees here and do avatar options
