How do you make a tournament ? - How?

i was just wondering if you can make a tournament at any time and does there have to be a prize if some one wins? cuz i have an idea for a Tourney.

email tmyapp your ideas for the tournament and if he likes it and you collect 100 people or more to join your tournament then he will give the winner of your tournament a prize..

if you get 50 people to join the user will get (Tournament Winner) right next to their name on the game when they enter chat.

just goto challenges and tournaments and make a new topic with the name of your tournament and then post the rules and signups.
