i have played the game for some time and i have some problem. Can you please tell me how to get evil ryu and onslaught? please. ??? ???

Well if you want Evilryu you have to become a VIP member.

but really if that all u want then u shouldn't be vip...cuz u can jus wait for the next character vote...and vote akuma...and onslaught sux...so u dont need him...
