What is wrong with my avatar

my avatar just got like that i had my avatar in http://img2.imageshack.us/img2/2154/MSI.gif and i reput it in and it doesnt work

I clicked the link and it brought this up.
I believe either something is wrong with the image shack.
Or they messed something up hmm.. the data.
In the process of loading the image information.
