I downloaded the latest shockwave version from the micromedia site... Then the shockwave error 10 came up. The directions from sfo says if this comes up I should installl shockwave 8.5. I tried to install it but every time I try it says I have open browsers. I closed all my programs included the hidden ones in task mangaer I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it about 5 times now..
