Or you can just use one that a VIP already has. Use photoshop or something and edit it with your stuff

Well i made my VIP avatar using ULEAD gif animator, if you search for it around places like : www.download.com you may find a free trial then u just save the normal VIP avatars, cut them up a bit, and add watever you want...simple as!

.......Camtasia?
