Ok, I am not sure if this is a bug/glitch or what, but I have tested this in practice and actual games against other players. Anyway, if you use chung li, and get your opponent into the FAR corner (as in you can not go back any farther) on either side of the screen you can trap your opponent in an everlasting lightning kick.
After you get your opponent into the far corner, you just have to jump over them, and land on the other side and do a lightning kick, and they will be vurtually helpless. If anyone does not belive me, I will show you what I am talking about in game so you can see it for yourself.
