How 2 change font color - Help me!

just wanna know how can i change my font color when i dont see any colors on the toolbars whenever i make replies also the color of my signature's font?

by the way i already read this topic posted by 2000warrior but i do not understand it clearly, do i insert my text inside the brackets? ???
