Joining and hosting - I cant host or join or challenge ppl

i cant join ppl or host.i tried to change the ip address and i changed the port i tried everything but i cant join games or host...wats wrong

do u have firewall or router. if youdon't have firewall or router and ur using dsl or cable. go to start>control panel>network and internet connection> internet connection then right click on the LAN. Properties>advanced>internet connection firewall uncheck it. Hopefully it work for you if not clean ur cahce. by going tools>internet option>general>delete cookies

They need to find a way of allowing firewall to be able to host. Is that even possible?

Hmmmmmmmm.... you cant host.. join.. or challenge.?? Well its obvious that you have a firewall/router..just check the availible options in the options menu.. It should work then.. (if not your screwed) lol.. oh.. um.. if that doesnt work then just go to your web browser.. then go to your address bar at the top of the screen.. type in this .... launchmodem*note* this is only if youhave a router.. well anyways type in launchmodem no spaces or anything.. itll bring you inside your router.. youll see something at the bottom of your screen thatll say expert mode (plz know wut the hell your doing) go there click on it.. and then go to configuration.. Go to the NAT options then config as needed... lolzz.. lmao.. I wont tell you how to config it... lol.. I wanna see wut your going to do to your router.. If you need help im sure there is a thread on this forum thatll help you.. i saw SSJKARMA post something about this.
