My login password don work on sfo. - A lot of people cant get in 2 sfo!

Please tell me how I can go back 2 playin the game [SFO] right now cuz everyone except a couple of people cant get their account. We all have 2 log in as playerz. Plezzzzzzzzzzzzz someone help we need our characters. ???
