How do i make a ctt for a character?

I'd like to contribute to SFO, and don't really have the financial resources to donate. I would like to help add and touch up characters and movesets to SFO. I was just wondering how to go about the development process. Anything I do will be submitted to the official administrative staff, for THEM to implement upon their discretion.

* * Just asking ahead of time... anyone have a problem with SNK/KoF characters too, BTW?

Sorry man.

TMyApp is willing to listen to suggestions for the game.
but he does not accept others help for the actual character creation or coding of this game.

...it's all him all the time.
Thats just the way it is.

He has created his own personal lingo/code for the shockwave interface in order to make this game...wich is his "trade secret" alone, and will be forever. Unless he licenses out the game engine without it's current medium obviously.
