Turbo 2 - An enhanced turbo mode

People keep on commenting that it seems that Turbo mode has less lag then normal mode. I recall that in the arcades (and MvC2) there is a normal, Turbo, and Turbo 2 speed setting. Why not make a Turbo 2 mode? It has the potential to reduce lag, and besides, it makes the game more interesting.

well, some ppl cant take advantage of that second turbo cuz they have slow connections like 56k pplz. though cable ppl can.

Actually that's a good idea. It can reduce lag, plus turbo is too slow I think.
