Poems do not need to rhyme. Look at hikuis and a poems(or others) by langston huges called mother to son. It does not ryhme but it is a poem never the less.

mine...well itz limited..lol..but herez one of my poemz that i made a long time ago...

The world spins around and around,
Never stopping
The scenery passes me by.
The crazy merry-go-round,
Itz never stopping.
Memories spin with the scenery.
Memories of happiness and lies,
The memories of being told one too many lies...

No one knoz wut goes on behind the curtain,
They only see the show.
Never understanding the pain,
Never caring,
Never looking backstage...
Only seeing the show...

Few lights dimly shine thru the darkness,
Just to be covered by the shadows again.
My soul and heart can be ripped only so many times.
Why should i even try
Just to be torn apart over and over again?

Nothing is ever good enough,
But i don't have to worry nemore
Why you ask?
Because i've given up.
I shouldn't have tried before,
No one realized how much i had to sacrifice
No one understood
My scarred self trusts so few now
Never letting anyone in...never letting them understand...

Never will i sit,
Blaming me, myself, and i.
All those "happy" memories
Have gone down to the cellar,
To be buried, never to be seen again...

I can finally open my wings and fly
Fly away from all the pain...
I'm never going back to that hell that was once paradise.
I'm never going to have my mind clouded with confusion,
Then suspicions
And turning into frustration
With my feelings being bottled up
And kept deep within me..

Never will i go thru the pain that i've suffered all those days
Never will i break and fall
For i only have my pride and spirit
Never will it happen again...
