no karma i know that there is energy contained in the body...it's something like the equivelent of what a nuclear power plant can create in 100 years...but the human brain just isn't developed enough to actually be able to focus any of that energy in a way like u say...sry bt untill u actuall show some hard evidence that this #### is true then i'm not going to believe any of u and i feel sorry for the people wh do believe u

The first time I heard about this I was just like you. But instead of mocking at it like a four year old I tried to understand what my cousin was saying and he showed me. I couldn't do it at first, but one day I decided to really practice it, because I wanted to see for myself what it was all about. Finally I felt it, it was vague at first but it was there. I then practiced again and again, until today where I can do it with practically not trying hard. When I made this topic, and Karma posted I was very sceptical, but because of my determination, curiosity, and stubbornous, I was able to feel and understand for myself what Karma was talking about. In that day I kept practicing it and was able to make such a strong ball that my hands were being pulled away from each other and when I tried to pull my hands closer it felt like a strong balloon between my hands. With that same effect I am know able to make my ball with the same power up to 2 1/2 feet wide. Because of my concentration I now know full well of what Karma was speaking of. Half of you that posted saying this was obserred, probably didn't even attempt to try to learn from our experience. It's easy just to put down a small post to make fun of something your not accostumed to, but it takes a real man to actual try to understand what others have done before them and work towards it.

there is one thing that makes you not believe all this...

its normal not to believe, but if you can believe that paranormals do exists. then how come you can't believe this energy thing ?

for all i know, that 1.2 feet raduius ball of energy is just .01% of the energy a human ody can produce, so how can you say your not capable of doing so or do things like this if you never tryed ?

its like some work you have to do, how can you say you can't builta house if you never tryed. how can you say you don't love SPINACH if you never tryed to eat them ?

see... you can't know what you are capable of if you never tryed it.
it does take much time to produce, it does need a lot of potential and understanding of it to actually pull it out.
but it is also true that if you don,t eblieve in it, it won't happen. why, not because its in your mind, but because your mind itself is against that and closes itself to it, which makes it impossible !

i know that the human brain doesn't work 100% hell i doubt it even work at 5% in some cases.
but there is one thing i know... that 10% the human is already using. it is part of that same energy has mind and energy is the very same !
if we can control 10% of our own brain, then why wouldn't i be able to control 10% of my own energy ?

again... you don't believe it, i couldn't agree more on what you said. but remember that a lot of UNEXPLAINED THINGS do exists. and it has been proved a lot of times that some peoples were able to do what many others couldn't. also... it has been proved many times that the human mind is lmited to what he can see and even if he sees it he satill will not be able to understand what happen and will eventually fear the facts.

so yeah, i understand how the human brain (body) works... i'm also human you know, but i know what hapenned to me back then, and i know its true !

I agree with everything you said. When I started to belive that I could produce the ball of energy like you, I was able to finally create it. Now because I understand this it takes me approximatley 30 seconds to produce a good size ball of energy. If you really stop and think about it everyone that has stumbled onto something great was usually laughed at in their life. But with scientists discovering new things each day and changing fiction into fact, we eventually except these things into everyday life, such as we all derived from apes. When Darwin stated this, no one even considered the fact he was right, until it was researched. Now guess what, all across the world people know we came from apes and its now excepted into everyday life.

O.k so i should have the whole house quiet...then try to do the energy ball thing. Since i get off focus fast. And my hands should be how far apart. I think im doing it right cuz my hands get hot and sweat but that is all and i get tried of doing it cuz sweaty hands are uncomfortble.

what this man says about energy is tru. one time in class we had a guest speaker that studied chi. she told us to rub our hands for a while. so i was rubbing and rubbing. then she said to open them up and slowly make your hands come apart. i had my hands really far apart. it felt really warm. she said that this was our chi.

but i dont know many people have their own ideas about how to summon up your energy. :laughlong:

MIG, if you refuse to believe this, then please, go read some other part of the forum. Because even though you are placing in your own opinion, this thread was not made for placing opinions as yours, especially when it's done multiple times. It was made for teaching people, no matter who, of ways of feeling their inner power. It may take a while to notice, but it's all true. And MIG, about that part about the human brain not being developed enough to focus that energy... well, you can't say you're right, or wrong for that matter. It is a folly to say you know what is happening to other people. Only they know, and can do what they can.

So, as for the rest of you (who tried doing this), are you only limited by doing this only with your hands? I mean... can you do it with your entire body? Or at least some other body part (Please, no sickening statements..)?

It would take a lot of Energy to make a small amount.

You also have the question unanswered by einstien... What is energy? It has many forms like heat, friction and light but pure energy cant exist without haveing one of these attributes and losing control of itself.

i couldn't agree more on that, but hey... energy is not magic... its all very different !
every single thing on earth does produce energies, even stones when throwed !
so i guess energy is much more easily done then any other kind of paranormal activities such as telekinetics or mind readings !

ENERGY is something you can't even see, but that energy is just like any clouds in the sky, if it is too damn squeezed, it just fall down. that's mainly why i almost burned my hands the first times... the energy was so concentrated in one spot that it suddently exploded into my hands !

its true that ENERGY is HOT, so yeah, its just normal that when you focus it, you get hotter and hotter... but its not all there is to it.

first put your hands like you were holding a tennis ball in your hands. (gotta start small if you never did it)
then just concentrate on your hands and how you want your energy to get in between !

now... don't expect it to actually come out that easily, for my part it took me about 10 days of training to get it right ! then again, i haven't been training for the last 7 years, so i can't even do it anymore !

it really depends on yourself, so try and try... don't think on the consequences. just do it without after thought !
you'll know when it will work... you'll feel something you have never felt before !

you know, i really should have kept training it... i could have done so much if i had continued to... imagine 7 years of daily training ! i wonder how great i would have become in this ?
