i know a way to feel your energy ok here it is

1. pick up a heavy object (heavy for you).

2. hold it until your arms feel like they are gonna fall of cause the things so heavy.

3. set down the object then move your arms.

4. you arms should feel lighter then a feather or very light

my theory on how this works is that all your physical energy you use to hold it is calculated by your body then your body gives you that much energy and continues to give it to you. When you cant hold it anymore what happens i think is that your body wont give you as much energy to lift the object because you alreadys used a lot of your energy in your arms but it still gives a constant flow to keep your arms moveable. So when you set the object down your arms are still giving alot of energy so you feel lighter then air(your arms do) so you can move them at incredible speeds that you cant usually do when you can feel the weight of your arms.I think you have way more physical energy then you think and i mean WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more.

Also on the post about going berserk ive done that i got really pissed off and started crying(always happens when i get extremely pissed)then i went like faster then my fastest i ever ran like my body was refueled with more energy then everyone on earth combined had i could move lightning fast(dramatization) and my muscles were increased like 3x power wise. Its like i used energy i didnt know i had. I was unstopable my energy overwhelmed me. This energy lasted only for 50 seconds i would say but still i mean after like almost 3 quaters in my soccer game it felt like i was just waking up and i was totally fine. after the time that i was "berserk" or "super" i returned to my tired state.

ok, FACT TIME !

your muscles can lift an unlimited ammount of weight !
meaning, even you could lift up a thousand tons !
but... what's makes you unable to, is the air going thru your muscles that your muscles need to be able to do the things. because of air runnning out (you become tired) the muscles lose their strenght.

if you could have an unlimited air suply in your muscles, you could lift up everything in the world.
that's why training makes you become stronger, if you were able to lift a ton everyday, then training with heavier weights everyday could make you able to lift up even more !

physical energy is unlimited... as long as the air flowing thru your muscles isn't running out !
also...
the adrenaline can give you the boost you need.
your story is a very good example of that.
the adrenaline boost works only for the time you need it to !
other example:
a 2 floors stair goes down, with three people on it. the two first fell on the floor and rolled... they got brused but they are fine. the third one is stuck under the stair and they hitted him like mad.

you are very bruised, very tired, still you know you gotta do something for him.
so the adrenaline goes down to your muscles, replacing the air suply and gives you the strenght to lift up the stairs themselves, even if its just a little bit.

the other person gets the third out of there, once its finish the adrenaline rush is gone... so the stairs are too heavy so you let them go, and then you fall unconscious because you were already tired !

(truly arrived at my fathers job ! his boss is the one who lifted up the stairs)

see, unlimited energy when you call out PHYSICAL energy !
chi, is really something else... it comes and makes you do thing you wouldn't normally be able to. like moving objects without touching it.

tho its hard to make the difference between both !

Karma I can do the rub your hands together then open slowly and feel your energy and then i knew what energy felt like.
I also was trying the ball thing but i can only get the energy at my finger tips. thats when i imagine a black hole but white and it is circling but it cant get me far so how do i imagine the air going energy?

don't imagine it !
just concentrate and stay focuse on the thought that your energy is going from your arms to your hands. then to the ball ! should be fine that way !

imagining it makes you think otherwise then energy... so it makes you not concentrating on it ! so the chance of sucess are very limited.

your an idiot that is not energy you are expeiriencing thru your arms. the reason your arms feel light as a feather(which they are not) is because you just releived them from a great burden and your muscels are relaxing thus giving you that tingly light as a feather feeling. as far as adrenaline thats very true. there are stories of moms lifting cars off of their children to save them. and your muscles cannot lift an infinite amount of weight its impossible and heres a fact air does not travel thru your muscles.


man you can not beleive how good that felt to spread some common sense into this forum!

i do hope you did your biology at school cause all i said is true and all biologists will say it to you !

as for the unlimited weight lifting its true also !
ever tryed to lift a box that you normally couldn't lift ?
see how an hour of trying to lift that box in everyday can make you able to lift it up !

so let's say you can lift-up 250 pounds easily, then you get it up to 300 and after a while you'll be able to lift that up easily. so by training and lifting up the same weight, you can actually be able lift it up !

that's why the world record of weight lifting got up to a ton !
yeah, the guy trained to be able to lift that up and now he can easily do it everyday !

EDIT:
why do you think you need air to live ?
air is what makes you do the things you do, it is used by your muscles and once they run out of it.... they get tired and when they get tired, the weight your lifting seems to get even heavier !

why are you tired after running ?
because the lack of air running thru your muscles, thus you breath harder because your body needs more. so it makes you breath a lot more so the air missing can get in !

that's why you need air to live !

its the same for blood...
why do you think your hearth goes BOOM BOOM a lot more when you run ?
because the blood stream tickens even more then normaly, so the hearth must pump the blood way more for him to get the blood where it needs to !

why is your blood doing that ?
simple...because your blood is what brings the air thru your whole body !

lack of air to thru the brain makes you pass out, but it all goes together, if you lack air in your brain, then that's because the blood isn't going thru like it used to be !

so everything i said is true !
still don't believe me ?
look at the magic school bus, it makes you learn a lot of thingsd about your environment !
also ask your teach of biology and see what he answers to you !
