[ooc]well didnt knew razz had planned to be that specie you met roll ! guess my idea wasnt that great after all... oh well there goes your idea of meeting us soon.
kalem, lets rock together will ya.[/ooc] after a while, udes wasnt so sure about going on, the cries of many beast was roaming around and he felt like he shouldnt have been there ! he started to regret having chosen that path, but at that point it was too late to go back so he still goes on. suddently the ceiling fell behind him. it was followed by a big bang sound kinda like an explosion. he jumped into safety, then he ran down the cave it was going deeper and deeper. the place was becoming so dark that is torch was barely illuminating anything ! he continued to ran until something showed up. he ducked at the right time to dodge a fewbats that were flying around. he standed up again and he continued down the path. the path was going up and down a few times, yet it still wasnt a safe place to be. so it didnt ease his mind. He was wondering why he had chosen the easy path compared to the safe one, when he saw an opening. he was glad to see the exit without having actually encountered anything other then bats. when he came out of the cave, he realized something he should have realised sooner... UDES:"OH NO... mountains again ? did i miss a turn or something ? these musnt be the mountain i thought they were ! there is no way back, at least that i know of. so i must go on forward hoping it will get me where i want to be." *udes searches his bag* UDES:"there, all set, i will just map a map of the place as i go, that way ill know where i am when times comes up." and so udes goes forward in the mountains in front of him hoping it is still the right path to the desert. TO BE CONTINUED... [ooc]sorry, fdoing my best guys and girls, but it seems whatever i try its going awefully stupid. man, no one ever talks to me about these things... kalem, you do as you please to meet me and if you got a better idea then speak to me for damn sake ![/ooc]

[OOC]Yeah, and I'm sorry about that, Roll. But hey, I'm not the one that wandered into another character's (whose controlled by someone with an incredible lack of commitment) clan's HQ
. Oh, and I changed Blaze's name to Sherak. It fits better with the style of names that Loach have.[/OOC]The chief knelt down in front of the girl so he could look her in the eye. "What's your name?" he asked warmly. "I ... it's Akiko," She studdered under her breath. The noble wolfman nodded and stood up, holding out his hand toward Akiko. She grabbed it and stood up. The chief reached behind his back and took out a small rope. "I'm sorry Akiko, but I'll have to tie your hands. We'll take'em off as soon as we can." As they left the room, the chief shortly paused at the doorway and looked back disapointedly. Eventually, they came to a closed, wooden door and stopped. "This is the elder's room. He'll have to decide what to do with you; let's go," said the chief as he put his hand on the doorknob. "Wait," Akiko stopped. "What's your name?" "Khesker." Khesker opened the door, and there was the elder. He was sitting at a small wooden tabe, writing with his quill. He wore glasses and had a pipe in his mouth - the pipe wasn't lit. He sat there, writing and mumbling to himslef without glancing at the visitors. They walked up to the table and waited. Finally, the old - but not too old - Loach looked up and put his quill down. "So," the elder rubbed his hands together, "what have we here?" Akiko told the two wolfmen her story about how she got there, however long it took her to say; she was still a bit scared and uncomfortable. "Well, you stumbled into the wrong room. Sherak's quite the character," Khesker commented. Akiko smiled and nodded her head. "Yes, and I apologize for him," said the elder. "We're not really used to non-members in our territory. Well, peaceful non-members anyway." "It's okay. Really," replied Akiko. "We would send you out on your way, but it's way too dark for a young lady to travel!" The elder slowly got up out of his chair, put his hand on his back, and bent backward, "We'll let you stay here for the night." Akiko wasn't really sure whether to be grateful or skeptical. She didn't really seem to like the idea. "Don't worry. We've got just the guy to keep you safe," added Khesker. "He's ... different, so he has his own room." "Different?" Akiko asked. "Well ... to put it simply, he's kind of an outcast. We don't really know why, he's just always alone; except for the little boy who always follows him around." Khesker and Akiko left the room and walked down a few halls. They got to the room and opened the door. The Loach inside was on his balcony. He turned around and walked toward Khesker and Akiko. "What's this?" He asked. He wore red pants with a white sash around his waist. He also wore golden gauntlets. His fur was white, save a fewbrown spots here and there. Khesker replied, "Rawk, meet Akiko. She's going to be staying here tonight." "What? Why my room?" "We can trust you. That's why." Rawk walked over to Akiko. "Hi," he said. "Hello," she replied. "See? You're off to a good start," Khesker said as he left. [OOC] If I do anymore, it's going to suck. Why? Because I'm not really in the RP mood, so, I wouldn't be very creative. Roll, we must communicate soon MSN preferebly.[/OOC]Edited By Razz on April 03 2004 at 19:09 |

*The landscape who unfolded before ARTHUS's eyes, wasn't the one he remembered. The mountains who used to be covered in green grass were now vulgar rocks. The Time had probably won against the nature, or was it a disaster ? Only ARKAN knew it... However, among this desert of stone, something seemed to move around this labyrinth of rock. Trying his luck, ARTHUS dove discretely so he wasn't seen.
To himself:"How I'm suppose to be furtive with this body and those wings? To bad, if he reacts badly I've gotta be prepared." *He lands about thirty meter further and wait for him. The creature was walking quietly like she wasn't sure which way to choose. When it came at a good distance he talked... Arthus:"Welcome stranger, my name is Arthus and I don't wanna harm you." The creature readyed his sword for combat... still letting it his sheath, he asked the man to come out of hiding. Arthus:"Don't be afraid, I've already told you that I will not harm you. All I want to know is... Creature:"Back of or you'll taste my blade." Arthus:"Arrogant brat, you're just a... (It seems that the transformation has increase my anger, I have to control myself or I'll attack him) Sorry, what is your name? Creature:"My name his Udes and I order you to come out of the dark." Arthus:"I warn you, don't be mistaken by my appearance... (comming out of the shadow) Now listen to me... Udes:"Don't come any closer monster." Arthus:"I understand your reaction but listen to me. I am Arthus, prince of the kingdom of Avalon." Udes:"Liar!!! Avalon is ruled by a maniac named Cyrus." Arthus:"That's my brother and he is responsible for what I am today. Trust me, all I want is your help." Udes:"I don't help the people of your kind!!!" Arthus:"Fine!!! It seems that you'll never trust me. By the way, I observed you and you seemed lost." Udes:"I know exactly where I'm going!!!" Arthus:"Sure but just in case I'll give you this map. I am not certain of his exactitude but I think it'll be ok. Fare well my friend, it was a pleasure to meet you..." *Arthus left Udes with the map and go south Arthus:"I gotta reach Kirtsnechiez before the sunrise. Perhaps I'll find my answer there." TO BE CONTINUED...

UDES:"What the hell was that all about ? he couldn't have been the person he said he was... by that legend i saw in that book... it told of a forgotten prince who disappeared and they never found him ! he cannot be who he claimed to be ! in any case... let's see this supposed map ?"
Looking at the map UDES noticed how the map was saying that the desert was the other way around ! but that map looked like it was made a long time ago... Udes wondered about the creature he had just seen... UDES:"This map is so old... damn, this won't be of any help, tho the city ad desert still exists... i know that those hills there aren't there anymore ! dang, all to point toward the fact that this creature could have been there a hundred years ago ! how can it have lived that long ? oh well, at least now i know where i'm going !" Udes packed the map in his bag and turned back taking the same way as the creature. still he wondered about the destination of that monster he had just met. it couldn't be going to the same place couldn't it ? UDES:"Dang if that creature is going to the desert city like i do, many people can get hurt by it if it decides to attack it. dang, gotta move fast !" Udes placed all his things in his bag and then closed the bag by pulling the small rope and then locked it with that same rope. he then threw it backward toward his back closed his wings on him and then started to run in the direction that creature took. he decided to ran on four legs which was the fastest he could ever run ! UDES:"Too bad i can't use my wings like that creature does.... it would have been so much faster to fly their ! oh well i'm still a fast runner !" So udes followed the creature to the desert which the creature seemed to go in it... it must have been going to the desert city... so udes had to follow, but before ogin in as well, he took some bag of water and then drank a lot of it. he then thref offunneeded stuff as in the bag of water he just drank. and then continued to ran in the desert hoping to go on during the day when it wil come in... he also had to find a good place to stay when the blazing sun will strke the land ! TO BE CONTINUED... [OOC] Here i accelerated much of the travel to the desert... this way its gonna be less long to make it to that city we all seek ! also... it gives us a hint about my charcater being able to fly only a short distance due to his actual age, since he is a child and not even a teenager, well for his species that is. he never learned how to use them and he had to self teech how... so he can use them, but he rather run to get to different locations... running on two legs he can reech around 25 miles per hour as his TOP SPEED... but on four legs, he can reech up to 3 times that limit ! so he is a fast runner ! hope this helped understand mroe my character... ** TOPIC CLEANED by yours truly ! ** [/OOC] Edited By SSJKarma on April 07 2004 at 08:04

onto the story now...[/OOC] In the desert near Kirtsnechiez.A being looks at the town while the sand and wind was waving his long black cape. A voice was remembered by the man... ?:"You'll have to prove yourself, if you want what's yours from right ! Go to the desert city of Kirtsnechiez !" The city was a vaste fortresse that was used during wars long forgotten. the walls that circled around the city were all very high and wooden. the houses were designed to easily withstand any sand storms and the walls around the city were well made, enough for them to even hold their own during a twister ! At the gate lies the man... JARETH:"I'm there !" The being looked around and stopped on the inn. As he walked down to the inn. Something unknown to him was brewing in the nearby cemetery. In that cemetery there was a hold of tombs which were only denoted with sticks forming a cross. but sometimes, when known people died. a big rock with engraved texts were placed as tombstones. At the far end of that cemetery, lies a tomb like no others. inside it, was a man shaped skeleton who's life was about to be restored. The sorcerer was wearing old clothes who were all trashed and a gold ring, a silver necklace with a round shaped jewel in the center. [BACK TO THE SURFACE] Two mans were digging the tomb. When they finished digging it, they openned the coffin. One of the men looked the other and said... Men1:"I told you there was priceless jewels !" With lots of eagerness, the man tooked the necklace by the jewel. But as soon as he touched it, something hapenned... The man yelled loudly as his mind was ripped appart. His spirit was absorbed by the necklace and brought back life to its wearer. [Back to the INN] Jareth was at the bar and was slowly drinking when his eyes turned over to see the door. JARETH:"Its time !" [Back to the cemetery] The dead standed up, as the other man was striked with fear. he wanted to run away. The dead grabbed him by the head and stole his spirit as the man yelled his last word. The sorcerer was laughing as the lifeless body of the man fell on the ground. When a sword striked the sorcerer right in the middle of his chest. the sorcerer all surprised looked around to see who threw the sword. he only saw a man running towards him. SORCERER:"Who are you ?" The sorcerer made a fireball and threw it. but it wasn't strong enough to deal damage. the man jump kicked the sorcere while grabbing his sword. the sorcerer got thrown at the tombstone. the sorcerer didn't had time to move, the man slashed the sorcerer with his sword. The sorcerer's bones were destroyed and separated in half. Its necklace fell on the ground, with the jewel in the center was cracked. Jareth then placed back his sword into its sheath, on his back. then got back inside the inn. TO BE CONTINUED... [OOC] Hey don't take it wrong guys, KALEM you know JARETH, he likes very strong characters. well we spoke alot with roll about his character and we came to the conclusion that his character was damn too strong for this... but me and my cousin been speaking a lot rcently and now we got a good start on his char... he's very good right now... so i guess its gonna be fun playing around. tell me if anything is wrong about this char ok... [OOC] I don't think there's anything wrong with the character. He's just well-trained. Just make sure he isn't all-powerful. He'll have to have weaknesses, and they shouldn't be too far-fetched.

"So....um...nice to meet you, Mr... what was your name again?"
"Rawk. It's Rawk. The pleasure's all mine ... I guess." After being placed within the room that belonged to the Blitz clan's Rawk, Akiko found herself half-embaressed, in distress, and very sad. She was really hoping that something like this would not happen at all. However, the least she could do was express herself; after all, if she was to continue into this world, she would have to learn how to sometime. So, she spoke her soul out to the young Wolf-man. Akiko: "I'm really sorry for intruding like this. I honestly didn't think this would ever happen.. I'm so embaressed now." Rawk: "Eh, don't be. I don't get much company anyway." Akiko: "Why? You're so kind!" Rawk noticed that her face grew a tiny bit concerned and really surprised. Rawk: "To tell you the truth ... I don't really know. Must be the whole reputation thing." Akiko: "Reputation? What's that?...Does it hurt?" Rawk laughed at her obvious, yet honest and truthful naiive disposition. "Haha, no, no! A reputation's basically what people think of you, based on something you've done. The problem here is; I don't know what I've done." Akiko: "Then... your reputation with me is a good one! In all honesty, not many people would be so cooperative with a person being intruded in on them, would they?" Rawk: "Well, not here, anyway." Akiko: "Well, I really could not know, so don't worry about giving me any wrong or just premature answers." Rawk: "I wouldn't really know, either. I've been in this mountain range my whole life. All seven-teen years." Akiko: "Really? I've been on that hill far off in that direction..." She took the liberty of the moment to knod in the direction of her home."..for all of my life. Well-- all except for three days when I went with my mother to the desert town." Rawk: "Well, what a coinkidink." Rawk took a glance into the star-engrossed window, and became suddenly expressionless. "Hm, should probably get some sleep." Akiko: "You can do so.. I can't sleep like this, I'm afraid." Rawk: "Heheh, I understand. Being in a village full of wolf-people whom you've probably never seen or heard of before would be quite ... different, to say the least." As Rawk went under his bed sheets, Akiko thought about her situation. Yes, it was true that it was a surprise to see wolf-people; but at the same time, they looked vaguely familiar, or at least very nice to her. She definitely was not afraid of them, but.. then what was her reason? What could she tell him to have him think the truth? She just decided to tell a side-motive instead of her complete motive. She turned to look at Rawk with eyes that glowed and glistened in the starlight ever so slightly. She captured his attention. "That's not it at all, Rawk.. I was on my way to the desert town; I had my heart set on reaching it in the afternoon. ...Yet, because I stopped, it doesn't seem like that will happen anytime soon, will it?" Rawk watched her take an interest in the eastern-most wall. Rawk: "Well, I wouldn't know. Like I said, I've never travelled. Wouldn't know what it's like." He looked out at the stars through the balcony. There was a particularly sparkly one out tonight. Akiko: "I've never done that either. This is my first journey into the world; and, for all I know, it may be my very last as well. I suppose it all depends on the circumstances." Rawk: "Yeah, I guess so. 'Night." Akiko: "...Goodnight, Rawk." She watched him turn under the sheets, and even watched as he drifted off to sleep. She looked out at the starry sky, and though she wanted to be out underneath it and be on her way, she couldn't do that. It would not be right at all; and besides, she would not want a... a bad reputation. She sat down, and kept her little ball of light outside so she could still be illuminated ever so slightly, yet be able to watch the stars twinkle away into the ever moving light of the rising sun. She smiled as she saw it rise, and walked outside onto the balcony to try and get a better view. When she stepped onto the balcony, she smiled gently at the ball of light; and, without being disturbed by the sunlight, she sung that small simple melody that she had learned not too long ago. As she sung so quietly, she could have sworn that the wind was blowing the tune in it's soft whispers. [ooc] Razz has a follow-up coming, apparantly. ^-^; Surprisingly enough, we met up and decided to write the conversation together, while we were in character. It came out nicely; though I ended up changing a few words here and there for Akiko for it to make sense.. anyway, that's all for this post! [/ooc]

"What the!" Rawk jumped out of bed. He ran toward his balcony, almost tripping over his own feet, and looked outside into the distance. "Oh ... no. "Akiko! Get up!" "Ack, what's that noise?" she was startled. "We're being invaded!" Rawk ran over to Akiko and cut the rope from her hands. He grabbed her by the wrist and began to run down the hall. "Rawk!" she shouted, "I can't run this fast!" Rawk swung her into his arms and kept running. Finally, they got outside to see the large formation of clan Blitz, ready for battle. They all watched the mountains ahead with wide eyes and tense muscles -- ready to leap and fight at any moment. It was quiet ... and everyone was sweating with anticipation. "Giaaaagh!" A Loach screamed and fell down. Everyone looked that way, and the wolfman beside him knelt down and turned his body over ... There was a shureiken lodged into his chest. The Loach stood up and yelled, "Ninjas!" Suddenly, like a coloney of ants, an army of green-uniformed ninjas swarmed down the mountains. Fearlessly and savagely they swung out their blades and began to slash and hack everywhere around them; a method of intimidation before the battle. The armies collided as cries and screams were heard throughout the mountain range, echoeing the horrors of the battle field. Rawk, no longer with the girl in his arms, grabbed Akiko by the hand and dashed toward a boulder. They ducked down behind it in an attempt to avoid battle. "Rawk, why is this happening? Why are they fighting like this?" There were almost tears in Akiko's eyes. "Because ... because that is a clan of savages. They have an ever-growing thirst for blood and they love to quench it," Rawk replied. "But what has your clan done to make them angry at you?" "Absolutely nothing. That's why we gotta leave; you're in danger here." "So, you're just going to leave your people when they need you?" "They don't need me. They never have. Don't worry, they can fend for themselves. Just then, a ninja jumped in front of Rawk and slashed his sword at Rawk's face. The Loach moved out of the way and gave the ninja a nice big punch in the gut, sending him slowly to the ground in pain. Rawk looked ahead at their route of escape; it was guarded by several ninjas. "Okay, Akiko, when we get over there," Rawk pointed at the path they were going to take, "I want you to go hide behind that rock." "Okay ... but why?" "I gotta clear the way..." They both sprinted away. Soon, Akiko turned and jumped behind a large boulder as Rawk continued to run straight. The ninjas ahead saw him coming and took a defensive stance. As Rawk came close, he leaped into the air, but not too high, and knocked the first ninja to the ground with a fast kick to the face that snapped its neck. He landed and rolled to the right, dodging a quick slash. He stood up and punched a ninja in the chest, shooting him at another ninja behind him. Rawk jumped forward and landed, crushing both of their necks with each foot. There was one left. With his sword flailing infront of his body, the ninja charged at Rawk, who jumped over the ninja and kicked him in the back before he hit the ground, severring the ninja's spine. Rawk ran toward the boulder where Akiko was and saw a ninja lying on the ground with Akiko standing over it. Rawk smirked and nodded his head as if to say that he was impressed. "Come, let's go!" He said. And the two ran off and followed the path, never looking back. [OOC]Roll, if you'd like to pick up from there, that would be great .[/OOC]Edited By Razz on April 14 2004 at 19:23 |

After being attacked by something as fearsome as a Ninja, Akiko was absolutely sure that this world was really not a safe place to be in. Luckily for her, she felt that at the very least she would be safe as long as she was with Rawk. The path they were taking appeared to be heading east; in the direction of the desert town. Though Akiko did wonder about the well-being of the Blitz clan, she did not stop to turn around and run back; she had her own mission to take care of right now. However, she did stop anyway. When Rawk turned to look at her, he saw her eyes just pierce into his own. A droplet of sweat ran down the side of his face, just as she inquired whether or not he would go back and help them. However, Rawk just did what was contrary to Akiko's thoughts in him. He refused to go back; at least until she was safe. So, continuing on, Akiko and Rawk began to run against all odds and figures to reach a land that was not too far away. They could reach it very soon if they continued to run like this.
However, as Akiko was within moments of reaching her awaited desert town, the feeling that she was going to be left alone again was starting to come over her. She had no idea where she was going to go from there, and she didn't know where anything was anymore. When they did reach the town walls, a Gatekeeper opened the gates for them. Akiko entered; but Rawk did not. Akiko quickly rolled outside before the gate could close her inside, and she stood up in front of Rawk. If they were going to seperate, and if he was going to go alone, she was going to make him promise. Akiko: "Rawk, are you going back to the battlefield?" Rawk looked at her through serious, and untouched eyes. "Yes." Akiko smiled sympathetically. "I think I can understand; you do have to watch your clan and take care of them. You should hurry back to them, and help them all out." Rawk grinned. "Right!" He started to run off, when Akiko started and he delayed for a moment longer. "What is it?" Akiko walked up to him once again. "Just promise me that no matter what happens, you'll come back here and tell me and show me that you are safe and sound. Promise?" Rawk: "Sure. It's a promise." He turned to leave again, when Akiko grabbed his left arm. He was almost getting annoyed with this. Akiko spun him around to be face to face with Akiko's little finger. She held it out to him, as if she expected him to do something to it; furthermore, her eyes were sparkling with sadness and care. "Yubikiri." Rawk didn't get it at all. "All you have to do, is hold my pinky with your pinky. It's a pinky promise, like the word means." Rawk rolled his eyes with more annoyance. "There's no use in doing that! I already promised you!" But then, Akiko made a little whining sound that sent a wave of sadness through him. He began to pity her, and suddenly found himself consenting to the pinky promise with a fuzzy finger. After holding onto his little finger for about a minute or so, she let him run off. She walked up to the gatekeeper, who let her in again and shut the gate a fraction of a second after she entered. After just recieving a very close death experience with a wooden piece of gatery equipment, Akiko walked into the town to explore the many wonderous indoor areas. She passed by merchant, after merchant, after merchant, after merchant, until she came up to a small little street corner that was crowded. She walked over to see what was going on. Then she gasped in a certain air that caused the entire crowd to turn and stare at her. What she had seen, and what she was looking at right now, was a very peculiar and nasty activity. It was an animal baiting. This time, it was with a small fox that didn't look more than a year and a half old. She pushed her way through the crowd, and pulled people out of her way, and then upon reaching the baiters, she pushed them away from the scared Fox. She walked over to the fox and sat in front of it; the poor thing was badly beaten, and scratches and bruises could even be seen on its body. Akiko held her arms open to the fox, who stared continuously. He, as Akiko found out when he twitched his ear in confusion and acceptance, walked into her arms, and let her hold him. She smiled gently upon him, whereupon the baiters who previously beat upon the poor animal stood over both of them in anger. They began to scream so many things at the same times, that Akiko did not understand them. However, she did not care; she simply stood up and faced them. Akiko: "I don't care what your reasons are; if you continue to hurt animals of the earth this way, they won't be here anymore!" The baiters did not seem to understand. Instead, the pitchforks and sticks that they used to bait the fox came in one thrust, and Akiko was only able to evade the pitchforks while guarding the already beaten fox from the sticks. When she turned around to look at them again, the men didn't seem guiltful or regretful. This wasn't at all like her mother told her it would be. Her mother never told her people would act like this. Even the people around them weren't as her mother spoke of: instead, they all stood still and stared while the men did as they pleased. Whether this was a ritual of some kind was still some news to Akiko, but she would not stand for it any longer. She hopped a little further backward into the corner, and summoned her energy and voice to come forth. She whispered something short in a chant, and continuously said it, until winds began to torrent themselves around Akiko and the pink light of the orb began to show around her. Soon, the wind took the light, and the light carried the chant of the now serious-looking Akiko. The chant carried itself through the winds, and the winds formed into large circular discs that flung themselves forward and into the men. The men, who didn't seem to be affected by this at all, only goggled at the bright lights as if stupefied by their sudden appearance. As they watched the disks spin and spin, some of the crowd could hear the chanting continuing; though Akiko's mouth was not moving at all. Akiko was also still holding the torrent of wind around her that was starting to blow dust and sand every where around her; but this was only the start. Suddenly, the men began screaming in random outbursts, as Akiko's eyes still held their gaze, and the lights began to encase the mens bodies. Within seconds, the screams were continuous, and more people were starting to gather around Akiko and the baiters. It seemed that whatever torture Akiko was giving them was never to end; but then the fox whinnied, and shuddered in her arms, and the winds and lights died down along with the sense of her gaze. She looked at the wounded fox in her arms, and she ran away, leaving the people of the town to marve| at the men who were now making random twitches, wild fits of giggles, and crude facial expressions. Akiko, it seems, did not know what happened during the torture, and probably would not find out from anyone in the town lest they should be racked into insanity as well.
