There are already some charge moves in SFO (a la spinning bird kick).........so I don't see the problem

but it doesn't matter cauz Sakura's gonna win anywho....

i don't think we should have charlie at all...

but about his charging if he does get picked then i don't know who said it they said that shadow charlie(VIP if youdon't know about him) should have the quarter roll forward and the norms have to charge...

If charge is impossible, his moves still shouldn't be switched to QCF action. Maybe it should just be like <, <, >, P or sumth'n.
