Many ppl say that charlie is a charger and should not be voted for. but then the others say Tmy can just beef him up so he can stand a chance against Ryu throwing a rain of Hadoukens. (meaning they want charges off and keys and supers diffrent)
Personly I say hell no that just ruins Charlie. And it would make him cheap, it takes <span style='font-size:12pt;line-height:100%'>SKILLZ</span> to use him and to know how to combine/link his moves together to throw of a combo and finsh with a couple of flash kicks. Taking of the charges would just make Charlie a ####ie player. And ppl who already know how to use Charlie/Guile would be very ticked of at this aswell. |
The charge is ok to me but I have cable so who cares but he also has the best specials

I love him...you never know if your going to be slow or fast with him...he is a mysterious kinds of characters.

Its called a summerslut shell.. also I think that charlie shouldnt have the charge because it would take awhile for the move to do any damage and also lag would screw the whole thing up. |

i think no charge because he is going to be no use if he takes a while to do a move where everyother char can do it non stop..

Yeh you need skill to use charlie. He's a defensive charater and if his sonic boom, becomes the usual down forward punch then he'll be really cheap.

I own with Guile in most of the consoles, i can usually come up with techniques that benefit actually using the charge, it gives time to settle so the opponent wont emmediatly block..
And charge on games can be easily avoided, so that it's the same pace as Ryu's moves, or anyone else who doesnt have to charge, because you dont have to be touching the floor to charge you can start in the air fall down charging the down button, fire a sonic boom, charge still while firing, low kick still charging, then when the opponent rises fire them into the air with a flash kick! ...My oh my, got carried away there. |
