Yes yes, we ALL know the importance of doctors and of course medicine in our daily lives... medicines are created here and there to stop God knows what sorta disease (with a name only a boolean equation can quantify :biggrin: ) that our so-called bodies get.

but think about this for a second. If there was a cure... say for diabeted, that would, in 3 months, eliminated the need for shots. A cure that would dramatically drop the sugar level in a diabetic person's blood stream so that he/she would not need insulin shots anymore. Wouldn't that be a great idea ??

The unfortunate thing is, "the big name agencies" wouldn't let it be public. Why ?? Cause it'll "harm" the profit oriented scheme that the agencies that put out the insulin shots have in mind.

A healthy person doesn't need drugs. Ill and sick ppl need drugs. So if there were to be a natural or herbal supplement that would totally cure a life threatening disease... say cancer; one that would remove the need for any sort of chemotherapy... do you think the drug industries and medical institutions that give out these treatments would like that ??

It's just something for us all to think about... still thinking, well read on :biggrin:

What's the one thing most ofus wish for and pray about ?? To be in good health. However, if every single soul in America were to be in good health, a LOT of drug companies would be shut down. Why ?? A health human does NOT need drugs.

Then there's the point of producers making food and so-called "diet foods" that in fact make you hungrier. These producers aren't for the agenda of a eat less excercise more therapy. Cause they know that if you eat less, you wouldn't buy more food from them. So they put in ingredients that make you addicted to the food, so that you want to buy more. They make catchy slogans and call the food all sorts of names so that you can buy more.

It's quite disturbing... yes I know... and to think they'd do this all for the sake of making "more" money :biggrin:

but there's also the deal that if we're all healthy, then the doctors would loose their jobs. I don't know what your stand is... but it's quite difficult to make a stand.

Would you rather prefer a world where herbal supplements were produced at a higher rate; ones that would heal us quicker and easier. Ones that would eliminate the fear of long term life threatening illnesses such as cancer and AIDs. Of course, don't forget that this world would put a LOT of people out of their jobs. Doctors, pharmacists and even some janitors would loose their jobs if we didn't need the drug companies anymore.

Either that, or the world we have today. Where some herbal supplements are suppressed so that they do not sway the consumer's need for a constant supply of drugs that would put money in the pockets of the drug agencies.
