People meditate in many diffrent ways, but I'll tell you how I do it. First, go to a room with absolutly no distractions. Then sit down and close your eyes. The best way I can explain this is try to feel for your soul and inner energy and concentrate on bringing it out. Don't let your mind wander or you will break your concentration. After I do it I'm usually able to sense my energy all around me. Hope this helps [/quote]

that actually does work but its not enery, your muscles just tighten up a lot from where your pushing against the wall and then when you walk out they go up more.... think of it like having a spring in a can with the lid on. when the lids on the spring is compressed and stays where it is, but when you take the lid off the spring comes up out of it.

and the whole holding your hand up to the wall ??? i think that cold feeling is all the blood flowing out of your arm. if one of you guys that claim you can make an energy ball take a picture of it and post it, then ill believe all this.

King rat please read the previous posts. I have already stated that the energy you feel in your arm is not lack of blood. It's a totally diffrent feeling. Also I have stated that you can not see the ball of energy because as far as we know energy can't be seen. If you want to know it's real try it for yourself. And also next time don't double post. Tell me if you need any help producing it

the only way i had found to show it to my friends...
was to make one, and ask my friend to pass his hand in between mines...
he was amazed at how it was a weird feeling...
he said it was like something was in between but he couldn't see anything !

you know how this is...
what people can't see is not existing... that mainly false !
you can't see wind but you know its there... think of it the same way, the energy cannot be seen, but can be sensed !

that's how you know its real, when you can easily feel it going !

again... i too doubt the existence of a being able to control it to a point where he can produce ELECTRICITY or thing like that... but i believe in a fact that people can do things normal humans wouldn't !

my friend for an example: he could control his heart beat... another one could control his temperature... another one could put his arm in a way that only a BROKEN ARM could have !

i say... if these are existing, why couldn't human control their energy ? if the body is producing it, then why couldn't we use it like we want to ?

those are questions you should have in mind, because if you don't... it will never happen and you'll never feel anything that your mind isn't ready to experience !

well all i know is this. there are strange things in this world.

ghostly apperations, cheetahs running a very fast speeds, electric eels, ect.

im the type of person that doesnt say somethin isnt real just cause it might sound silly.

cause i was watching this one show where these monks that lived in snowy mountains went to a very high point. and they just had on some underwear and had a very very thin sheet. but they were raising their own body tempetures. scientist said that if the average man tried to do somethin like that then he would freeze to death.

thats all i gotta say for now.
