razorfoxwarrior ur welcome

feardragonking, whats with the triple post ??? i said i'll make u a banner and i did but know i dont feel like giving it to u 'cause of ur noob attitude. i'll give it to u this time but next u act like such a noob, i want do crap for u.
[code:1][/code:1]

reasident evil know explaining how to do animation is a little bit hard cause there's so manny different ways to do it. i'll do my best to explain it in the most simplest way.

save the animated pic u want to ur local C/adobe imageready
open imageready
goto file>open>open the folder that u saved the animationt to and open it
if the animtion is to big u have to go throught the frames and delete sum of the frames to the animation
to this u should see a little window to the bottom far left in imageready. if u dont see this goto windows>show animation
once thats done scroll threw the animation frames and delete the frames u want to
goto windows>show optimize
chnage the setting to 128 no dither
once thats done, goto file save as and save the changes u made to the animation as .psd
close the animation
open photoshop 6.0
goto file>open the animation .psd from
resize the canvas too 400pixlesx90pixles
to resize the canvas, goto image>cnavas size and chnage the settings to pixels
click on the big square next to each frame of the animation, except for the high lighted layer
this to help u move the one layer and postion it anywhere on the canvas and not move ever single frame to that same position
goto layer>new layer
move this layer behind all other layers and add a color to it with the paint bucket
then goto filters render>coulds
goto image>gradient and select a gradient
duplicate the layer, goto layer>duplicate
then goto filter>distrotion>wave and mess with settings
click on the last layer of the animation
goto layer>new layer
then use the square marqee to select the area around ur banner
then goto edit>stroke and set the pixels to 1 and inside stroke
then goto file>save
close adobe ps6.0
open imageready if u already close it
open back the animation in imageready
click on each frame of the animation and click on the bg to ur banner and the border
then press play and the animation window
to save it for web goto>file save as optimize and save it in folder for web or any folder u want
