vegetam... THEY ARE going together, as much as you can mix-up ASM and C++ to do a great program you can MIX FLASH and SHOCKWAVE to do a very good program !

like you said... SHOCKWAVE is good for movies and FLASH is good for LAYOUT so why not mix both of them to do a pretty good web site ?

anyway... i was telling what MACROMEDIA (those who first created shockwave) tells about FLASH MX and DIRECTOR !
anyway... thanks for answering things like that in my topic but i would have rather have a REAL ANSWER to the very first question as this wasn't suppose to be a DEBATE !
