I once asked the same question, and suggested the use of cookies for the controls, but i found out that it is VERY hard to use cookies in shockwave.
Now, however, we have a downloadable version. I noticed a folder called "prefs" in the Game folder; how do we use it? Oh, and DarkStriderX? two things: THis topic belongs in the "New Features" section. Also, I'd recommend you use the origional controls, because some of the moves dont work using customized controls, 2 examples being the optic sweep of cyclops and the slide of wolvie. Trust me--go back to the origional keys, or at least become used to both key setups.
