Easiest way is to jump and perform the rotation in the air, and hit the attack button while landing. 2. Look in FAQ. It is a special move of Sakura's that requires 3 levels. 3. Akuma will randomly appear along with certain character groupings at different experience levels. He costs under 1000 points. 4. Dark Charlie? Uh... he doesn't exist. 5. Depends on what you mean by good characters. They appear very randomly. Keep on going in and out from the purchase screen, and eventually a high-point rarity will appear.
