My 2nd campaign for zangief - Time to inform the masses once more

sorry, i've been swamped with work all week but i read every post (every last insulting one of them :biggrin: ). Ok, to address a few things:
1-Don't you think I already know there aren't throws yet? And of course I know all his moves are grabs except the banishing flat and lariat. But, TMyApp said its possible to implement grabs if someone like the Gief is put in.

2-TMyApp, thank you for his music, but now that you caved on that, maybe you'll throw him in, eh?

3-Thank you all who explained about the 360 movement. To restate it in a brief sentence: it's easy. I dominate with him because the motion is easy. Sometimes its easier off a jump-in, but I can do it while both his feet are planted, so obviously all you guys can.

Now the persuasion:
He's a beast. Ok so what? He's a strong beast. So is Juggy tho. But Zangief is a strong fast easily combo-ing beast (see what I mean?). He is the easiest "large man" to use in XvsSF. Easily combo by rallying a few punches off and ending w/lariat or even jumping in with a combo and ending with a SPD (the...cough...strongest normal move in the game).

Note who's in the game:a quick shoto, quick shoto girl, quick man w/ claws, quick web slinger, quick laser shooter, who are all weak compared to the giants in this game!! (ok, sent. is in the game, but he is still incomplete, so he is not nearly to the capacity of Geif.) We need muscle!!! We need grabs!!! We need tights (well, maybe Zangief isn't good for that....). But we need him!!!

Plus, if you want all your ryu's and ken's and spidey's and wolvie's to get their grabs, Zangief may be the choice for you. He could potentially pioneer the art of grabbing in this game. Think about it.

Anything else before I revert to pleading , bribing, and personal disgrace?

P.P.S.-I'm not expecting Zangief to pull out an amazing victory by persuading at least 400 ppl. I only want to do better than last time, bringing the next poll's grand total to (drum roll please).......4. That's it. I want my vote and 3 others. Do I hear any takers?
