1. tiers DO NOT EXIST.

2. PROGRAMING IS everything.

Example: In tekken 3 yoshimitsu has a move that has the potential to be an INSTANT death sentence for your opponent.

I once played the game to see how fast i could finish it just using that one move. I finished the ENTIRE GAME in 1 minute!
So, skill and tiers and all this other stuff have NOTHING to do with who wins the match.

It is all about how the game is programed, NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS.
