its a damn 24.4kbps i got there !

EDIT:
made a test, i am on 33,6 DIAL-UP and i said i was cable !
lets see what i'll got !

still got 20.2kbps !
that thing is semi real !
it said it downloaded 500k file but it was actually 1000k !

If thats your speed thats in red then I'm a 1041.9 Kbps or a 1263.9 Kbps I'm not sure wether I have a cable or lan..(whatever a lan is)

oh yeah, LAN is Local Area Network. (example: 12 computers running off of a T1 line.)

LAN is when you pass thru the network to get internet !

example:
internet comp2 you
** ** **
**<---- **<----**

you see, you pass thru comp2 and then to the computer that has internet. that computer send back the line thru comp2 which sends it to you. that is a LAN connection. it just means you pass thru other computers to have internet !

well, guys that are above 5mb sec are probably on T1 lines !
thats a lot of speed you got there kids !
