Kryptonite does the trick...
But uhh.. I think Superman would win, because he's faster than Spiderman, so Spidey will never find a way or be fast enoug to get a Kryptonite... Oh and Superman isn't the leader of Superfriends for no reason.. heh But, if Spidey comes prepared with a Kryptonite rock, then it's a different story!
