I'm not going to make anyone allow an observer in their match if they don't want one. The only thing an observer is good for is lag. 2. sync lost is nobodies fault. hey...$hit happens(I know...) and the only logical thing to do is to have another match. You did and you lost, sorry, but get over it. 3. just curious, why would you suggest the VIPs? All they do is donate money to the game.
