S=Special (you beat the opponent while you were doing a special)
Lasso= (opponent lost his last piece of health from a helper)

Two vertical lines=Won while doing a crossover special in tag mode
Infinity symbol=Won while doing the infinite special move in tag mode with the blue background (the name of this escapes me at the moment)

I think you get cheese by killing your oponent when they're guarding.
