TMy App: Chun-Li: problem with Chum-Li is that her moves NEED to connect with the player in order to hurt them.. and with lag.. this is VERY hard.. thus.. his hyper takes away around 50% health (not 90%+).. there is no easy way to tweak Chun-Li... she still has WAY too many problems than solutions.. so.. for now.. she stays... :biggrin: I didn't make this thing up........he posted that in Nantuko Joe's topic about tweaking som characters.........anyway....... hope that answers your question
