People's attitudes towards newcomers - It really needs to change.

You guys really need to start acting nicer to newer forum members around here. and i'm sick of the all popular comment "read the forum!!" or "look around!!" because some of the newer members do not know how to use the forum as well as the older members. when the forum is set at default to cut off topics over a week old on your browser, how is someone who has no clue how to use the forum going to find an old topic?

Start using your heads people... and for those of you who don't have one to begin with, you need to stop Trolling, because it's just plain pathetic. Tmy and leftyfb have asked many of you multiple times to stop, as have most of the forum vets. lefty says he's getting sick of the crap, and i agree with him, it's time to shape up guys. because if you don't, i think those of you who are repeat offenders out there should not and will not be around here for much longer.
