Ryu's special

can anyone tell me how you do ryu's special?

it goes like this: the background changes and the lifespan, time and everything goes out except you and your opponent

when at lvl3 hit down back tag both of your caracters come out and u have unlimeted supers for only a short time

i dont know why but like everytime that i do a variable ... my partner just stands there doin nothing.. it gets stuck.. and when the variable ends both of my players hide (when u tag) weird huh

sometimes that happens to me to it also happens to me when i do a cross over
