Chun li's Hypers are very easy to avoid and stop. Each have extra amounts of Lag going into or getting out of. Plus, any beam hyper can go straight through her kikoushou, and anything can stop her Senretsu Kyaku. And her Hazaan Tensho Kyaku is powerful, but the only thing is that it never hits.
