Yeah its lag.
In your computer it might not seem like your hurting you opponent, but you are. In your opponent's computer, same thing happens to them. Then you might say, "how come it takes long for my opponent to die?" Well its because the lag is getting worst, so you can't pick up all the little details. So they are probably blocking. But because of lag, it couldn't be seen. Thats why your opponent seem like they are teleporting huh. Its because the lag. But thats just my theory. I'm not sure if thats right, but it fits perfectly dont you think. When the lag was reduced months ago, it was really good. But they say in the next update, "less lag". So dont worry about it, lag will someday die... hopefully.
