Best posters of all time - Who do you think they are/were?

VIRUS: I appreciate what you're doing. You speak rationally and non-flaming. And please, continue with this "debate" because I'll continue with it as long as you do.. :biggrin:

Why I brought this here? Because I want to see who's regaurded as the "respected" posters. Although I could just leave it as "I know who the greats are," the fact is that I only know who the greats are in my own opinion, and I'd like to see other people's opinions, especially from people like nosoul, Elena, and Koopsta who "drop by" once in a while, but are still old enough here to remember the guys that were "before" my time.

Also I'd be more willing to respect someone on those grounds then their fighting tallent. I'll even give you an example. J-Luna has an excellent fighting record, but I'll never respect him because he constantly flames people non-stop. On quite the contrar, some people like Selvin who never gained much of a reputation through their fighting, I could easily respect through their "sensable" posts (if you can see past all his bitchen' that is).

As for the "Senshuk awards," I didn't start that (and didn't bother to find out who did). The "best of all" I started because I wanted people to quit their bitchen' about "not being on someone's list" (Micky Mouse thread and that thing ChampionX/austin 3;16 posted that got bullitened).

And concerning the vet tourney... well, that was our fault.
We should NEVER have let ANYONE "register" for it. The original idea was to have it as a forum based tournament, then I made the website for it (and made sure that registration was done through email ONLY). But even the private "no" answer still got massive complaints...

What we SHOULD have done was an "invitational" only sort of thing. Even though I doubt 1/3 of the guys we'd invite would do it... it'd still be more efficient.

why must you always know who is the best at something and furthur more you LIST names?

Let me ask you a counter-question here... Why is it that NONE of my "list" topics seem to offend no one while other ones do? Well, I wish you'd tell us who you think are some great poster's at this forum... you'd be one too if you'd just expand beyond just the "tournaments" section a little more often.
