like i said, with the LAG, there is no chance of successfully say that they are skilled player, but you can still say that they are LAGSKILLED players ! i mean that they know how to DEAL with the lag, but that doesn't mean he has skill in the fight !
example: wow MR.X destroyed all the competion in that tourney... fact, he doe's hadoken over and over then where your close he does a jab and send you back away then continu his hadoken blasting until your dead ! he does kill the competition and he does have SKILL when it comes to lag, but he suck when it comes to fight ! in a real fight, LAGLESS one, he would have been beaten real bad cause hadoken things don't work when there is no lag ! in the nutshell, there is NO SKILLED players only LAG SKILLED one !
