Shotos have had a decline after super street fighter 2 turbo. the only shoto in mvc2 who is good is ken, because of the ken glitch and an invincible shoryuken. It's also easy to woop typhooning storms instead of combo storms. typhooning storms stay in the air, you just have to stay above them.
