Which movie? In Street Fighter 2: The Animated Movie, Zangeif fought Blanka, not E. Honda. E. Honda fought Dhalsim, and Balrog near the end. But there's all kinds of special moves in that movie. Ryu's hadouken, Ken's dragon punch, Ryu's hurricane kick, Fei Long's flaming kick (not sure what it's called), Chun-Li's spinning bird kick, and her flash kick, Zangeif's spinning piledriver, Dhalsim's Yoga Teleport, and Bison's Psycho Crusher, are all in that movie (as well as a few others that I can't remember right off-hand). I thought the plot was halfway decent, focusing on Ryu and Ken's friendship, and it showed scenes of them training together as teens.

Seriously, what's so bad about that movie? There's blood, violence, foul language, and if you get the uncut version, nudity. Sounds like the makings of a good anime movie to me.
