Sega didn't do anything about burned CD
so you can play burned CD right by putting em in ! of course since games were on GD-Rom (1gb) sega thought you wouldn't be able to do it, some games needs the boot disk but not all the games need it... disk are multi-sessioned so you need a special burning program and i know disk juggler can do it ! the dreamcast dont need any mod chips or anything you just put the disk in and play !
