I see what your saying but thats stupid if the host leaves than there will be no port coming in to the chatroom with out the host, and people who has firewalls and stuff cannot be the host after that because there will be not connection and no people can't join.

It's still kinda dumb because people usally host to play and not observer and if you want to observer a game then joust join someonelse game then.
