windaross what u say is completely true right cause if it is, im pretty sure that bill law whatever viloates one or more rights in the constatution. Have the people of denver apealed to the supreme court of denver or protested cause this is an intresting issue that i think with some support can be resolved.
But the issue on drinking and driving i know the facts and statistcis but i think your looking at a little to juvanile dont u think. it is illegal to drink and drive but it is nearly inpossible to out law or ban alchohol it was tried before in the early 19 hundreds and failed horrbly and would fail now, it is just to important to the ecomnomy look at cigaretts. Like it has always been said a gun doesnt kill people, people kill people. by stopping the sell of alchohol it may slow the problem but will not fix it people must learn in there own homes and families how to use alchohol responsibly. in other countries and cultures it is allowed for kids to drink but deaths related to drunk driving are considerably lower. y because they r taugh how to use it reponsibly and i think that is the first step in to fixing this problem.
