Chunli's super takes to much life! - That need's to be fixed!

1 out every 10 tries. I'm kind of upset at how many times people have hit me out of a kikoushou with a shinkuu Haduken after I just started my attack (when the energy field just starts to appear around her hands). Either that, or they dodge it. Anyone who get's caught in one everytime it's used should be ashamed. And the damage it takes should stay the same. Most people don't play as Chunli. But the ones who do, usually play as her for her strength in hypers. If her strength were lowered, then we'd have only Ryu players and Sentinel players in the game (except me. I'd still pick Chunli), and the rest of the characters would just sit there, and get all dusty from not being chosen to fight with.
