aiight. Here's how the member stats go (top = high bottom=low)

SysOp
Admin
Mod
NWO
VIP
Normal

SysOp - TMy (there's only 1 since he made the game)
Admin - Nferno66
Mod -NoSoul4evr
NWO - blanka09, Dark_Masta (mastaq), SSJKarma, Warmor and the other NWOs

I don't know about the other forum admins if their game stats are Mods or Admins..so sry...

Well. I don't think it really matters....like dominican said...maybe like a BIG tourney winner can get it.
