is there a golden ryu that someone won

Umm...

I believe RyusInvasion once had a golden, or (yellow looking) Ryu. I recall him winning a tournament and that was his prize followed by some other "special perks".

Althoguh he doesn't have it anymore for reasons I'm not too sure of.

He won that Ryu from the World Warrior Tournamet. I believe he lost it in an official match. I'm not sure exactly.

I think untouchable_1 CLAIMED he had a gold ryu

naa RyusInvasion won the gold ryu and gold bison helper by winning World Warrior Tournament but then it was taken away from him for sepcific reasons and the runner up for World Warrior Tournament got the Gold Ryu and Gold Bison Helper. RyusRevenge currently has the Gold Ryu and Gold Bison helper but I think that he retired. At a point ---(-And1-)--- had a gold ryu but it was taken away due to a mistake.

So the Gold Ryu holder now is RyusRevenge but he doesnt play SFO anymore.
