Oh NO, NOT AT AL!!!
Chunli's Fireball isn't easy to dodge at all.. Because if you block, sometimes it blocks for lke 1 second and then the block goes away, just like that time where Ryus' Shinkuu would hit you, even if you blocked.. And her kick, there's no way to escape it, because if you Jump, chunli waits right by you until you land and then grabs you in that kick super, and if you back up, she comes so fast that she ALWAYS gets you, And!! If you try to block, then her supers are so lonng, they come to like 2/3 of Ryu's Shinkuu!
