DAN HIBIKI, you're above shuko (nantuko joe) on my list, i mean you never really said anything bad about me, as in i didn't knew anything. surely you disagreed with me and that i like. it prooves you got an opinion on the matter which is something everyone should have.

but some people are simply thinking they know so much and they actually flame you because they think you think you know much more thne them so they have to argu and change the thing into a flaming contest. i might be like a mule and never change my views even if youg ot good arguments but it doesn't mean i dislike your views or even disregarded it. fact is i'm always open to suggestions, idea's and opinions. i mean the other way wouldn't tell me anything in life and that wouldn't be too good for a person.

anyway back to the forum itself... we're speaking the mods and admins actually, about the probability that we need be more strict because we weren't toomuch for now, but there are a few things that came out right now, we got too much job on our hands and eluding a new NWO wouldn't probably cut it since we have problem choosing between members. so we might speak of getting this forum back to its old state where only SFO related threads could exists !

i know it might seems cruel and non-sens... but the fact is we know how much flame, stupid threads in wrong sections and dissing about how we shouldn't have done that would actually come our ways. but we're pretty sure that if they are all in the same sections, we can deal with them knowing how much mods we are !

anyway... the past might never be our future, but it sbetter to use it as it hapenned and by it we shall reforge our forum the way it was meant to be. we just need to decide what's best for the community and i know much of you guys wants it with more control. the others who say we are too strict probably don't know what hapenned these last months and probably never noticed how much people have freedom of flaming and dissing others without getting any warnings or bans !

i think it would be better to have strickly SFO related topics then having a lot of non-SFO topics all in 3 different places, places which are never truly moderated cause of the endless stupidities that goes on in there !

let's be realistic, topics like "WHO ARE YOUR BEST MATCHES" compared to "THIS VERSUS THIS" threads are like way better to read.
that's where we stand and that's something we should have done a long time ago.
i know subjects and topics are hard to find. but if it stays SFO related it might become good.

as i said though, we are still int he discussion phase, but i think telling you we wish to change things around here is better then wait till its already too late, this way it makes our changes a bit more easier since we know what our members will think about the so called changes !

Because i've been in many, many, many debates, and not one has turned into a big "flaming" contest.

virtual, all so called debate turned to flames !
i can say all of my thread meant to debate on different views including mines were all throwed back at me with flamings !
the DB vs SF thread back then almost turned to flame if not for a few mods back then it would have turned into it !
RELIGIONS threads were almost all turned to flames because people wouldn't let their views be turned down !

as i said virtual, in 2 years, ALL debates turned to flames and that all the true members of this community can testify and acknowledge what i'm saying !
BTW, i wasn't naming or pointing anyone in the above post, but i would only say that if the hat suits you then, take it !

2) evolution debate
3) DBZvsSF debate
4) nearly every USA or bush debate

1) Peca was joking.

2) Debates involving you turn to flame mostly because so many people dislike you.

3) You saying ALL debate topics turn to flame is the equivalent of saying all Canadians are dumb. It isn't true. Therefore, using stereotypical comments to fabricate BS don't prove you right.

Since I don't come here too often, I can't vouch for debates here, but debates at BG don't typically become flame wars. VF made a debate about Eugenics. I don't recall that becoming a flame war. There was a debate about Eminem, and that didn't turn into flame. There was a debate about PSP/DS, and though flame entered it at times, it was never a flame war.

So, obviously, debate does not = flame war. Therefore, your comment about all debates becoming flame wars is not only false, but completely unthinkable.
