Do either (preferably both) of the following email: vip@streetfighteronline.com or use the "Contact a Mod (Quicker than the PM box)" forum with: - Your in-game name - Your password - Email registered with that account name You tell them that your a VIP (Member or Sponsored). They will check to make sure your not lying. Then it everything is good.
