There are some programmes out there that'll do this for you... unfortunately, I'm not an expert in that area, so I can't tell you of any. However, if you can do this, then you should be able to play the game with your gamepad. The thing is, I personally think the keyboard is better for this game. Cause you'd be typing s d a as fast as anything.
